Lift house phone · Please read the FAQ first
Getting hold of me
There is one email address and no phone number. Please read the FAQ before you write; it covers most of what folks ask.
The honest truth is I write these pages between shifts at the lift house, and I answer email about twice a week — usually Tuesday after my morning run-up, and Saturday night if Lorene has gone to bed. If you need a quick answer about pricing or hours, you'll do better on the official SkyPark site; they have an office line and daytime staff.
What I can help with
- A planning question about weather or crowding on a specific date — I'll give you my honest guess based on what the ridge has been doing.
- Whether a visit sounds like the right fit for your family — happy to talk through heights, strollers, kids, grandparents.
- A correction if I've gotten something wrong on these pages. I will fix it the next time I'm on the laptop.
What I cannot help with
- Buying, refunding, rescheduling or looking up a ticket. I don't have access to the park's ticketing system and I never will. Please take ticket questions straight to the official site or their customer service line.
- Password or account help on anybody's account. That's not something I handle.
- Press inquiries about the park. I'm a lift mechanic, not a spokesperson. Please call their office.
- Partnership offers, SEO pitches, backlink exchanges — I do not do any of that, and I will not respond.
The address
Write to bobby [at] gatlinburg-skybridge-tickets.cc. Replace the "[at]" with the @ symbol — I write it that way to keep the spam bots off me a little while longer.
Please put something plain in the subject line like "weekday visit in October" or "stroller question". Anything that reads as marketing goes straight to the trash without being opened.
Postal mail: there isn't one. I am not giving a stranger my home address, and I'm never going to.
